The residence is located in the border of the sea Caraïbe, between the beach of Leroux and Petite Anse, on a rock point.
The three bungalows, established on a ground of 2000 m2 completely closed, profit from calms and an exceptional situation. The occupants share a swimming pool surrounded by a teak bridge, favourable with the sun baths.
The carpark private, external, allows the parking of the vehicles, without danger for the children.
The villa profits from a space of 1000 m2 raised, closed, with a very beautiful sight on the sea. The swimming pool, distant 50 m, is also at the disposal of the tenants.

Lodging :

Constructions of the creole type are out of wood tropical, typical with the area, but profit from the antiseismic and anti-cyclonic standards.
The bungalows are separated by a quickset hedge, face the swimming pool, and have each one a private lawn.

Two bungalows of the F.2 type, of a surface of 42 m2, are divided into:
- a bedroom with a bed of 160 cm. Air-conditioned.
- A stay with auxiliary bed and corner kitchen. (brewer of air)
- A bathroom.
- A terrace.

A bungalow of the F.3 type, of a surface of 60 m2 is composed of:
- A bedroom with a bed of 160 cm. Air-conditioned.
- A bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. Air-conditioned.
- A stay with auxiliary bed and corner kitchen. (brewer of air).
- A bathroom.
- A terrace.

The villa of the F.4 type of a surface of 110 m2 includes/understands:
- A bedroom with two beds of 90 cm. Air-conditioned + brewer of air.
- Two bedrooms to be slept with beds of 140 cm.
Air-conditioned + brewer of air.
- A great stay with auxiliary bed and a kitchen.

- A large terrace.

The kitchens are completely equipped and offer to you amongst other things, a furnace microwave, hotplates, a refrigerator with freezer part, electric grill and all the usual small household appliances.
An individual washing machine will avoid you encumbering you, knowing that all the household linen is provided except the beach towels.
