Reservation
and payment :
The rental is booked, with reception of your deposit
by credit card.
By paying the deposit with your credit card, the
balance is due one month before arrival by bank
transfer or credit card.
For any other form of payment, even if you pay with
a virtual credit card, the balance is due 3 months
before arrival.
The balance is guaranteed by your credit card. If
your credit card expires before your arrival,
we will ask you the new data for the continuation
of the guarantee and the guarantor.
Otherwise, your reservation may be canceled and
your deposit will not be returned.
We reserve the right to deny access to lodging if
the balance was not paid within the agreed time
before the arrival,
in this cases the down payment is retained.
Deposit
:
The deposit is guaranteed by the credit card of
the tenant.
You are responsible for any damage you cause, the
amount is unlimited, subject to normal wear and
tear of things.
(damage to furniture, objects, linen or equipment,
due to the tenants)
in case of deterioration, it will be charged to
your credit card.
In the absence of a credit card up to date, a deposit
of 1000 euros will be requested by villa and €
500 per bungalow,
guest room, studio or apartment, the deposit will
be returned at the check out after the inventory
or 2 weeks later
in case of damage or doubt of damage.
Cancellation
by the clients :
The customer has no right of withdrawal.
If a cancellation happens with more than 90 days
of the date of entry in the places, the down payments
are retained.
Between 90 and 61 days, 50% of the amount of the
rental is due.
Between 60 and 31 days, 75% of the amount of the
rental is due.
With less than 30 days, 100% of the amount of the
rental is due.
Any started rental is due.
Special conditions
during Covid period:
We will postpone or refund all bookings following
a total lockdown or cancellation of flights
to Guadeloupe.
People who are not vaccinated and who could not
travel for compelling reasons are not covered.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact
that contact cases and positive tests are not considered
to be cases of force majeure,
only the insurance is likely to reimburse you in
the event that you contract the Covid and that you
have medical proof.

Cancellation
by Le Hamac :
In the event of failure of a beneficiary or incapacity
to ensure the service agreed upon, Le Hamac will
refund the already payed amounts corresponding to
the down payment of the service concerned or will
propose a service of replacement within the limit
of that reserved.
Modifications
:
After the final booking, if the tenants decide to
modify the dates of their stay, and that the owner
cannot assume these modifications, that involves
the cancellation because of the tenant.
If the modification is accepted you will be charged
60 euro fee.
The modifications of schedules of arrival or starting
imposed by the air traffic, the requirements of
safety, strike or others, cannot involve any compensation.
Reservation
postponement :
If, in a case of force majeure, we propose a postponement
of the reservation, the rates will be adapted to
the new season but at least equal to the postponed
reservation.
This transfer is valid 18 months without fee in
the same residence.
In
case of cancellation :
If you don't settle the fees on the date originally
scheduled arrival, we inform you that our recovery
partner will begin any proceedings necessary, including
through the courts to recover monies owed.
From the moment we need to engage our recovery partner,
we reserve the right to resort to recovery of the
entire bill before the cancellation.
The
lodging placed at the disposal, is furnished and
equipped, a complete inventory of the pieces of
furniture, crockery, linen and other objects could
be carried out at the entry.
Sheets and towels are provided.
On arrival, the lodging is clean, the household
and the beds are made.
The locations at the owner, as lodging accommodations
and villas require that the household is made prior
to departure. Optionally, your host may offer a
formula with household included.
The
tenant uses the buildings as temporary residence
of holidays, other than any commercial or professional
use.
The transfer from the airport to the lodging is
not included in the price.
It is essential to rent a car.
The day and the hour of arrival as well as the number
of flight must be specified in advance for the organization
of the reception of the tenants.
We
draw your attention to the fact that air conditioners
can not bear to run continuously in Guadeloupe.
Air conditioners must be turned off when you leave
or when you open the doors and windows.
When you come back in less than half an hour your
room is refreshed again.
If you violate this rule and if air conditioner
broke due to misuse,
you will be liable for the costs that can go to
600 euros per air conditioner, if the change is
necessary.
The
ADSL lines (internet) is very unstable in Guadeloupe,
we can not be held responsible in case of malfunction.
Mosquito coils shall be placed on a adapted plate
away from the bed.
Any
litigation or dispute will have to be announced
to Le Hamac at the latest two days after the arrival
in Guadeloupe.
This will enable us to regulate the problem or to
find a agreement friendly.
Passed this time and without observation on the
spot, no dispute will be admissible.
All complaints should be sent exclusively by e-mail
with or without acknowledgement of receipt.
Normal postal mail with acknowledgement of receipt
is often not delivered and we no longer collect
it.
After
contacting the service (after sales, after travel
...) and in the absence of satisfactory reply or
absence of a reply within 60 days, the customer

Responsibilities
:
Le Hamac acts as a central reservation, it can
in no way be held responsible for the maintenance
of housing or of car, any malfunction or defect
on arrival and during the stay.
The owner agrees to deliver housing or car in perfect
state of cleanliness and maintenance, according
to the description on the website and standards.
The homeowner is solely responsible for any malfunction
or defect on arrival and during the stay, he is
also solely responsible for keeping his planning
on the website.
However, it cannot be held responsible in case of
theft, loss, accident, damage, or other problems
it would not know in case of theft which could occur
with regard to all the tenants or their goods.
The objects and personal effects of the tenants
concern their own responsibility strictly.
The tenants are thus invited to subscribe an insurance.
We
are not responsible :
for swimming : for accommodation on the beach or
for house with equipped pool.
Phone cuts, internet, electricity, water .....
modified schedules or cancellation of ferries, airlines,
car rentals ...
Animals
:
The animals are not accepted.
Capacity
of reception :
We reserve ourselves the right to refuse any additional
person.
Natural
or extraordinary disasters :
In the event of cyclone, of natural or extraordinary
disaster, obliging tenants to cancel or shorten
their stay in Guadeloupe, Le Hamac will not refund
non-using days, or additional costs incurred by
the event .
