Hello, I wanted to add a review from our stay at Kaz a Coco. If you could post this, that would be appreciated (or let me know if there is another process if this is not it). Thank you.

Stayed here for a week (Feb 5 - 12). We had quick and informative responses when we were first looking at booking Kaz a Coco, and when we made our payments, and were preparing for our trip.

Once we got to Guadeloupe, Celine was wonderful to deal with. Very kind and thoughtful of her to leave us milk, juice, butter, fruit, and some icecream bars! It truly was such a nice welcome after our long flight/being up since 2 in the morning.

Celine was very quick to respond to our inquiries (i.e. no working can opener, any other issues or questions we had...). Absolutely no issues at all with communications.

The place is on older side (we had the blue villa), but we knew that going in from everything we had read, and we were ok with that due to the proximity to the beach (a few minutes walk). The place had an excellent induction stove (with pots), good fridge, and toilets, etc. worked, although we were unfortunately often without hot water. We were told by the owner about the expense of the hot water, but we were about the last 5 days without it which was disappointing.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent -- we turned them off when we went to the beach, and when we turned them on upon arriving back, the rooms cooled down very quickly.

It was wonderful to have parking and the private pool, although we mainly spent our time at the gorgeous Perle Beach. Not a great beach for kids due to undertow (when we were there), but for three adults it was perfect and probably my next favourite beach to Eagle Beach in Aruba. Quite deserted at times and so much better (for us) than the beach at i.e. St. Anne\'s on eastern part of island.

We did see three huge cockroaches (which we wish we hadn\'t seen!). However, I do get that we are in a location where it would be normal to see them. Owner did offer to do a spray for us, but due to the toxins and for other reasons, we declined.

We had been worried about smoking from other guests, but we did not have any issues with that whatsoever. For our week while we were there, we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea as well as time in the evening without any sounds from neighbours.

It is true that you hear the roosters early in the morning, but I actually loved it. You could hear cars on the road, but not enough to bother us...loudest time was on the Saturday night but really was not an issue for us.

We would have loved to have had a safe in our bedrooms as the locks did not feel very secure on our bedrooms (and bc the kitchen etc. is open, the bedroom doors could be accessible if anyone came through the gate (no lock when we were there) and decided to try to force their way into the bedroom. The bedroom doors do lock and you have a key, but they just don\'t feel very secure. I should point out that we did feel safe there etc., and we did know ahead of time there would be no safe to store our possessions. We were just not quite comfortable with the arrangement.

We had no issues with check-in or check-out. Lights could be better in the \"dining room\" area for evening games we had brought, reading, etc. but still not bad at all. Ceiling fan was not working above the dining room table, but that did not really bother us.

We did not use the mosquito netting in the bedroom as we had no issues with mosquitos. (Although one of our friends did use her netting as she was a bit creeped out about the cockroaches).

The pool was cleaned twice while we were there (Tuesday and Thursday) and very friendly people doing it.

There are some banana trees on the property, and many hummingbirds. Also an outdoor shower to wash your feet after the beach. We did do laundry and no issues with the washing machine.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht.
Insbesondere der überdachte Außenbereich war sehr schön, mit Küche, Esstisch und Sofa.
Sehr schöne Strände direkt vor der Haustür.

Logement très très bien situé près de la plage de la perle qui est à 2 min à pieds.
malheureusement la route est un peu trop proche et le bruit de la circulation est un peu gênant. .
Piscine privée petite mais très agréable en fin de journée après les excursions ou randonnée.
Les poules et chats qui passent dans le jardin donnent un côté très authentique au logement.
Nous avons découvert malheureusement la faune indésirable de la Guadeloupe : cafard et énorme araignée ... un cauchemar.
Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement.
Quelques réparations ou entretiens ne seraient pas de trop. Lire la suite ...

Les Kaz à coco sont à recommander , idéalement situé pour profiter de la plage à quelques mètres et de nombreuses balades entre mer et montagne.
Les logements sont conformes aux descriptifs des annonces et agréables pour passer un super séjour en famille ou avec des amis.

Bonjour très belle villa, conforme aux photos , très agréable , piscine régulièrement nettoyée , serviette mise à disposition , propreté impeccable , et l'accueil de Céline rend le cadre encore plus agréable petit punch des fruits et le petit déjeuner du lendemain . Bonjour,

Unfortunately I cannot response in french.

We really enjoyed our days in the Kaz, everything was fine! It was really fun. During the days we experienced the country, the beaches, in the evening we used the pool, which is quiet nice and was lot of fun for my boys.
I really liked all the animals visiting us every day. For example the chickens. But most of them I liked two cats, which nearly lived with us the ten days we stayed their.
We had everything in the house we needed. Everything was functionable and clean.
